Refund policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the United Arab Emirates.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification.

Returns are accepted only if:
• The item is unused
• The item is in its original packaging
• Our support team approves the return request

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are provided as store credit or replacement only. Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
